Job Overview :
Biofizz Agritech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven State Head – Sales (Gujarat) to spearhead our B2C business operations across the state. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven experience in the agriculture sector—particularly fertilizer nutrients and bio-stimulants—along with strong expertise in team leadership, sales management, and business expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve state-level sales and business growth targets.
- Identify, build, and expand business opportunities through distributors, retailers and institutional buyers.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive market penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, providing actionable insights to management.
- Conduct regular field visits across Gujarat to strengthen client relationships and ensure market visibility.
- Lead, manage, and mentor the state sales team to ensure high performance, accountability, and achievement of sales goals.
- Recruit, train, and build capabilities within the sales team for long-term success.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, forecasts, and business strategies to senior management.
Qualifications :
Bachelor of Science in Agriculture (B.Sc. Agriculture), preferably supplemented with a qualification in Management. Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within agriculture products (fertilizer nutrients, bio-stimulants, or related fields).Strong track record of team handling and delivering on state-level sales targets.In-depth knowledge of Gujarat's agriculture market, distribution network, and B2B sales practices.Established client database and proven ability to expand networks.Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.Strategic, self-motivated, and result-oriented leader.What We Offer :
