Team Leadership & Management :
Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team, ensuring that team members are well-trained and supported.
Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members, ensuring continuous development and improvement.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven sales culture that aligns with company values and goals.
Client Relationship Management :
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Act as the main point of contact for major accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue upselling or cross-selling strategies.
Sales Operations & Performance Tracking :
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
Utilize CRM software and sales tools to streamline sales processes, track leads, and manage customer data.
Business Development :
Identify new market segments and business opportunities for growth, both in existing and new markets.
Lead the identification and negotiation of new business partnerships and deals.
Support marketing efforts to drive leads, campaigns, and events that generate new business opportunities.
Market Research & Analysis :
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
Analyze customer behavior, industry developments, and competitor offerings to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Budgeting & Forecasting :
Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and financial models in alignment with business goals.
Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and budgets for maximum ROI on sales activities.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teams :
Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment between sales and other departments.
Provide feedback to product development teams on customer preferences and market demand.
Assist in the development and execution of pricing strategies, promotional offers, and sales campaigns.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or management-level sales role.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams in a B2B or B2C environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
In-depth understanding of sales principles, CRM software, and sales performance metrics.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think strategically.
Experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence.
