Role Purpose

As a Site Engineer, you will provide on-ground support, manage tasks, and coordinate between clients, contractors, and the internal project team. You will ensure that all assigned work is completed as per schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Study project drawings, datasheets, and requirements to execute site activities effectively.
• Manage and handle a minimum of  five sites simultaneously .
• Execute work strictly as per approved drawings and project SOPs.
• Ensure quality and safety standards are implemented and monitored at all times.
• Coordinate with the design team for drawing revisions and resolve site-level issues.
• Follow up with clients on pre-erection tasks and ensure erection is completed as scheduled.
• Support commissioning, testing, and ensure  timely handovers .
• Prepare material requisitions, coordinate with the purchase department, and follow up for delivery.
• Verify labour bills and cross-check site records including material and manpower files.
• Maintain MIS, daily progress reports, and monthly updates for management.
• Actively attend project meetings and coordinate with client PMs, PEs, and SEs.
