Job Overview

We are seeking a Tele-sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in Tele-sales or a related field. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients over the phone, utilizing their negotiation and communication skills to generate leads and drive sales in the real estate market.

Only Female Candidate can apply and Gurgaon resident.
Fixed Salary + Incentives

Qualifications and Skills

Persuasive communication skills to influence potential clients and invite client for site visit.

Cold calling experience to engage with a high volume of potential clients.

Proven track record in lead generation to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.

Excellent negotiation skills to reach advantageous agreements and sustain productive client relationships.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and analysis of sales performance.

Strong active listening skills to understand client needs and tailor communication accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct outreach to prospective clients via cold calls to promote properties and generate client site visits for sales team.

Identify and categorize potential leads by understanding client needs and interests in property investments.

Maintain and update accurate client information and interactions for efficient follow-up.

Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to influence client decision-making and secure deals.

Provide excellent customer service to retain existing clients and encourage repeat business through relationship building.
