The Role :

We're looking for a Visual Content Designer who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals and engaging videos. You'll own the creation of social media posts, carousels, reels, shorts, and short-form videos that bring Siya's brand and teacher community to life.

What You'll Do :

• Design static and animated social media creatives (posts, carousels, ads).
• Edit raw videos into polished reels, shorts, and YouTube content.
• Craft employee interviews and user podcasts into shareable clips.
• Collaborate with marketing to brainstorm campaign concepts .
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and channels.
