About the Role

Infinite is seeking a dynamic and visionary senior leader to join our Services Organization as Head of Autonomous Networks. This strategic role, based in Noida, carries global responsibility for shaping, delivering, and scaling next-generation network automation and intelligence solutions for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide.

As the global leader for Autonomous Networks, you will define strategy, drive execution, and lead transformation initiatives that enable Infinite’s customers to harness AI, automation, and orchestration to build the intelligent networks of the future. This is a high-impact role requiring exceptional leadership, industry expertise, and the ability to influence at the C-suite and board level.

Key Responsibilities

• Set the Vision & Strategy : Define and implement Infinite’s global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
• Drive Transformation : Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI / ML solutions.
• Innovate & Differentiate : Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS / BSS transformation, 5G / edge, and cloud-native architectures.
• Engage at the Highest Levels : Represent Infinite in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
• Build World-Class Teams : Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Collaborate Globally : Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.
