We’re Hiring : Business Development Manager – Chennai

Cityinfo Services, India’s leading real estate consulting firm, is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) in Chennai to expand our client base and drive new business growth.

Your Role

• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities in corporate real estate
• Manage end-to-end transaction management for clients
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposals, pricing, and execution
• Track market trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making

What We’re Looking For

✅ 4–5 years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales

✅ Experience in corporate real estate or related industries preferred

✅ Strong network in the Chennai market is a plus

✅ Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
