Job descriptionOversee daily store operations, including opening / closing procedures, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Ensure proper handling and security of high-value inventory. Maintain store cleanliness, layout, and product displays in line with brand guidelines. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational policies. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment. Oversee regular stock takes and inventory audits. Prevent stock loss through effective security and loss prevention measures. Schedule and delegate tasks to team members. Foster a positive work environment that encourages growth and high performance. Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to drive business improvements. Provide feedback to senior management on product trends and market competition. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Sales-driven with strong customer service focus. Good knowledge of jewellery products (gemstones, gold, diamonds, etc.) Proficiency in POS systems, MS Office, and retail management software. Health insurance Leave encashment
Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our jewelry retail store. The ideal candidate will be experienced in high-end retail management, with a strong understanding of luxury product sales, customer service, visual merchandising, and team leadership. You will be responsible for maximizing store performance, driving sales, and ensuring a premium customer experience aligned with our brand values.

Requirements : Education :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
