Job descriptionAccount Management : Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat Sales Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory. Product Promotion : Educate chefs, purchase managers, and owners about the brand’s Sampling & Demos : Conduct product tastings and demonstrations to drive trials and Negotiation & Closure : Handle pricing discussions, order processing, and payment follow-ups. Market Intelligence : Gather insights on competitor activities, pricing, and new product trends Coordination : Work closely with the supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure Reporting : Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and share market feedback with management. Experience : 2–5 years of sales experience in the HORECA / Institutional / Food Service Industry Background : FMCG, food ingredients, sauces, beverages, or related categories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and closing ability Self-motivated and target-oriented Familiar with local HORECA market and decision-makers Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. About the Role :
We’re looking for a driven and energetic HORECA Sales Executive to expand our brand presence across hotels, restaurants, and cafés. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the F&B industry, a passion for food, and the ability to drive sales growth through relationship management and on- ground execution.
