Head of Cyber Security

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Head of Cyber Security to lead and strengthen security posture. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and will be responsible for functionally running and guiding the IAM team, while also overseeing broader cyber security initiatives. This role requires both leadership and technical capability to design, implement, and enforce security controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team, ensuring robust governance, processes, and controls.
• Define and implement IAM strategy including provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access controls (RBAC), SSO, and privileged access management (PAM).
• Own and enhance enterprise-wide cyber security policies, frameworks, and standards.
• Oversee threat management, incident response, and vulnerability management processes.
• Partner with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met.
• Evaluate and deploy security tools, technologies, and processes to strengthen the security ecosystem.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, penetration testing oversight, and compliance checks.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and upskilling for the cyber security team.
• Stay updated with latest cyber threats, industry best practices, and evolving technologies.
• Relevant certifications preferred : CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, or IAM-specific certifications
