We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our hiring operations. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in onboarding. Key Responsibilities :
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
Support onboarding and other HR coordination tasks.
Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements :
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Proficient in MS Office; familiar with LinkedIn and job portals.
Confident in conducting screening interviews.
Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Stipend & Benefits :
Fixed stipend : ₹5,000–₹7,000 per month.
Incentive : ₹2,000 per successful hiring.
