Key Responsibilities :
Manage and grow a high-net-worth portfolio with a minimum book size of ₹20 crore
Source clients via wealth channels—roles like ‘Privi RM’, ‘Burgundy RM’, ‘Wealth Manager’, ‘Imperia RM’, ‘Preferred RM’
Offer full-spectrum wealth advisory including equities, derivatives, mutual funds, insurance, debt, and lending solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI / UHNI clients
Coordinate with internal teams (trading, research, product) for seamless service delivery
Actively cross-sell across products to drive revenue and advisory impact
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Proven portfolio management with book ≥₹20 CR in HNI / UHNI domain
Background in wealth-channel sourcing and managing premium client segments
Strong product knowledge : cash, derivatives, alternate investments, structured products
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and client orientation
Ability to work in co-ordination with internal teams to fulfil client needs
KPIs & Targets :
Book growth—₹20 CR minimum with incremental AUM
New HNI / UHNI acquisition numbers
Cross-sell ratio across financial product suite
Client satisfaction and retention metrics
