Holography- Manager - Production General / Factory

Job description

• Run the production process of hologram, drawing up a production schedule; ensure that the production is cost effective;
• Decide what resources are required; draft a timescale for the job; estimate costs and set the quality standards;
• Analyzing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and equipment calibrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leading operations / production team for cost effective production providing guidance for technical troubleshooting of process plant.
• Helping in OTD and FTR
• Control production operations entailing product development activities as per changing market needs, vendor management, as well as handling industrial relations
• Responsible for ISO, 5S, QC and customer Satisfaction
• Maintaining OTIF
• Waste control QC process check
• Planning and organizing production schedules.
• Assessing project and resources requirements.
• Control production operations
• Audit
