We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Integration Lead to drive the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Dell Boomi , a strong understanding of system integration principles and a proven ability to lead technical integration projects across complex environments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions.

This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless connectivity between enterprise applications and business systems, enabling data consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of integration solutions using Boomi.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and define technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce best practices for integration design, error handling, monitoring and performance optimization.
• Provide technical leadership to integration developers and oversee solution delivery to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Manage Boomi environments, including deployment, version control and runtime monitoring.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration flows, configurations and system dependencies.
• Stay up to date with the latest Boomi features, middleware trends and integration

technologies to drive innovation within the team.
