Technical Delivery Lead – Enterprise LMS (Healthcare, Google Cloud)

About the Opportunity

We are deploying a large-scale, multi-tenant Learning Management System (LMS) for enterprise customers in partnership with healthcare institutions and global stakeholders. This platform will power continuous medical education at scale, supporting thousands of healthcare professionals.

We’re looking for a senior technology leader who can initially join us as a consultant to lead this delivery and, over time, transition into a full-time technical leadership role at Medvarsity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment of an enterprise-grade, multi-tenant LMS on Google Cloud.
• Define and oversee the cloud-native architecture, scalability, and integration roadmap .
• Ensure security, compliance, and interoperability with healthcare IT systems.
• Act as the primary technical leader interfacing with government and institutional stakeholders.
• Build, guide, and mentor a cross-functional technical team to scale long-term delivery.
• Translate business needs into scalable, measurable technology outcomes .
