What You’ll Do : Author

High-Level and Low-Level Design Documents

to support Sky’s network infrastructure.

Own software / hardware selection, perform bug scrubs, security assessments, and collaborate with Test & Delivery teams.

Drive platform improvements, enable automation, and implement scalable DevOps solutions.

Design

carrier-grade network solutions

aligned with Sky’s standards.

Work closely with stakeholders to elicit business and technical requirements.

Steer network security roadmap in collaboration with strategic technology partners.

What You’ll Bring : Must-Have Skills :

Experience working in

Telco / Carrier environments

(mobile, security, infrastructure).

Strong hands-on experience with

Nokia 7750

and

Next-Gen Firewalls (Fortigate) .

Deep knowledge of

IP Routing / Switching : ISIS, MPLS, RSVP, TE, Hierarchical QoS, LACP, BGP.

Proven ability to produce

HLDs, LLDs, technical diagrams , and project documentation.

Strong understanding of

reliability, availability, longevity , and commercial aspects of network design.

Excellent communication skills for risk management, stakeholder updates, and escalation handling.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Familiarity with

Python & GIT

for automation and configuration management.

Exposure to

F5 LTM / GTM

or other load balancing technologies.

Knowledge of

Mobile 5G technologies .
