About the Role

We are seeking experienced

Infrastructure Network Engineers

to support BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) clients. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade network infrastructure with a strong focus on performance, compliance, and security. This is a

100% on-site role

based in Mumbai or Pune.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage enterprise network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, WLAN, Data Center).

Implement and maintain routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS) for secure, high-performance connectivity.

Deploy and manage firewalls, load balancers, and other security measures in BFSI environments.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, PCI-DSS, and RBI guidelines.

Support cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid connectivity models.

Conduct incident, problem, and change management in line with ITIL processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.

Maintain documentation for configurations, diagrams, and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

1-3 years of experience in

network infrastructure engineering .

Strong knowledge of

TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching .

Hands-on experience with

Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or Fortinet

technologies.

Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Splunk).

Exposure to

BFSI compliance frameworks .

ITIL knowledge for incident / problem / change management.

Certifications preferred :

CCNA / CCNP / CompTIA Network+ / Cloud Networking .

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and in a client-facing environment.
