Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic analytics team. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in HubSpot, R scripting, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure), along with experience in Data Factory or similar data integration tools. The role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, performing detailed analysis, and generating actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities :

• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources including HubSpot, databases, and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using Azure Data Factory or equivalent tools.
• Write efficient R scripts and Python programs for data processing, analytics, and visualization.
• Work with AWS / Azure services for data storage, processing, and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate findings and insights to business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Support the continuous improvement of analytics workflows and data governance practices.
