Position Overview

You serve as the first touchpoint for top talent across global markets. You engage candidates, uncover their aspirations, and match them with opportunities from the client's customers. You own candidate relationships from first hello through ongoing engagement, collaborating with recruiters and tracking data to refine strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential candidates via calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email to introduce career opportunities aligned with their skills and goals.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Capture candidate motivations, career aspirations, and skills to present the most suitable opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups to keep candidates engaged.
• Share insights with the recruitment team, update candidate statuses, and contribute to hiring strategy.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel or similar tools, track outreach metrics, and report progress.
