Purpose of the position :
The Recruiters are primarily responsible for overseeing the requirements from the business and souring the new candidates. Recruiters should have an understanding on all levels of the full-life cycle of recruitment and takes full accountability of the requirements.
Experience : 1-2 years (Non-IT Recruiter)
Education : MBA in HR (Mandatory)
Location : Bengaluru (Work from Office)
Key responsibilities of a Non-IT recruiter may include :
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Non-IT roles , focusing on bulk hiring and leadership positions .
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Should have experience in job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive networking and relationship building.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
