Role & responsibilities
- As a centre Manager with a primary focus on Sales , you will be responsible for driving revenue generations and achieving sales target for students enrollment.
- Lead and motivate the team of counselor and tele caller, setting clear sales target.
- Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies.
- Establish performance metrics & conduct regular performance evaluation
- Continuosly improving the sales process and identifying areas for enhancements
- Maximizing the conversion leads to enrollments.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics, Providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduates / Post-Graduates with :
