Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • As a centre Manager with a primary focus on Sales , you will be responsible for driving revenue generations and achieving sales target for students enrollment.
  • Lead and motivate the team of counselor and tele caller, setting clear sales target.
  • Develop and implement effective enrollment strategies.
  • Establish performance metrics & conduct regular performance evaluation
  • Continuosly improving the sales process and identifying areas for enhancements
  • Maximizing the conversion leads to enrollments.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics, Providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduates / Post-Graduates with :

  • Proven experience (at least 5-6 years) in sales management, preferably in the education or related industry.
  • Strong sales leadership skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
