Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Manager at Krishna Sai Service Apartments, located in Pune. The Front Office Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth administrative processes. Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, addressing concerns, supervising front office staff, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to meet operational and guest needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in office administration and front office operations
  • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and supervise teams effectively
  • Prior experience in hospitality or property management is an asset
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred
