Key Responsibilities :
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple biocarbon projects aligned with pilot programs and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain project documentation, including project MIS and status reports.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and engage potential clients in target markets.Prepare and deliver pitch decks, client proposals, and presentations.Support business growth by contributing insights from projects to sales and strategy.Project & Proposal Documentation
Draft project proposals, cost estimates, and execution plans.Ensure documentation aligns with business requirements and stakeholder expectations.Market Analysis
Conduct ongoing research on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.Provide insights to refine sales, project, and operational strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with teams across New Market Development, Supply Chain, Finance, Project Management, and Marketing.Ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects across departments.Reporting & Documentation
Prepare regular reports on project status, sales pipeline, and market insights.Track project outcomes, lessons learned, and actionable improvements.Ideal Candidate Profile :
Educational Background
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Professional Experience
Hands-on experience in project management and use of project management tools.Experience in sales, business development, or client engagement in B2B or energy-related sectors is desirable.Core Competencies
