Role Description : We are seeking an

experienced RCM Executive / AR Caller

to manage the full

revenue cycle management (RCM)

process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all stages of the billing cycle—from

patient registration

to

denial management , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely collections. The role requires the ability to effectively manage billing processes and work with both internal teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications :

Patient intake, eligibility verification , and

charge entry

Claims submission ,

payment posting , and

AR follow-up

Verify patient insurance eligibility and ensure that

authorizations

are obtained before service delivery.

Accurately process claims via

Medicare, Medicaid , and

commercial payers .

Post

EOBs / ERAs

and reconcile payments with daily deposits.

Perform

AR calling

to follow up on pending or denied claims, taking corrective actions to resolve discrepancies.

Identify and correct

denials, rejections , and

underpayments

to ensure

maximum reimbursement .

Prior experience in a similar role or related field is highly preferred

Ensure all billing processes comply with

HIPAA

and

payer regulations .

Coordinate with

internal teams

for documentation, coding, and billing corrections.

Required Skills : Expertise in

End-to-End RCM

(Charge Entry → Payment Posting → Denial Management)

Strong

communication ,

analytical , and

problem-solving skills

Ability to work

independently

and meet

productivity targets

Familiarity with

medical billing software

and tools is a plus

Previous experience in a

medical billing

or

RCM

role is

highly preferred .

Shift : Night Shift (Only)

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience :

Medical Billing : 3 - 6 years (Preferred)
