Core Responsibilities :
Team Leadership & Development :
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and growth-oriented environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development opportunities for team members.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and timely delivery of BA deliverables.
- Champion best practices in business analysis within the team and across the organization.
Data Management & Reporting :
Data Analysis & Insights : Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Develop and maintain KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and metrics to track business performance.Data Visualization : Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Looker Studio to present insights clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.Salesforce & Business Systems : Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce, managing data, creating reports, and configuring dashboards within the CRM to support sales and business operations. Utilize Looker Studio, PLX dashboards & Google App Script to monitor and manage key operational metrics. Work with Vector to integrate and optimize data from Salesforce and other systems.Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives. Translate these needs into functional and technical requirements for data and analytics projects.Process Improvement & Problem Solving :
Identify and implement opportunities to streamline data collection, processing, and reporting workflows for increased efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies, reporting errors, and system-related challenges promptlyTechnical & Data Management Skills
Database Management : Proficiency in database systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MySQL) for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting. Understanding of database design principles.Reporting Tools & Dashboards : Expertise in using business intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) to create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations.Data Analysis & Modeling : Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Ability to build basic data models.Programming / Scripting : Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, VBA) for automating data processes, analysis, and report generation.Data Quality & Governance : Understanding of data quality principles and best practices for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.System Knowledge : Familiarity with various business systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) from which data is sourceEligibility
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst. Minimum of 1 to 2 years leading a team of Analysts.Proficient in Salesforce and Google SheetsGood Business Communication Skills (verbal and written)Proficiency in Business Intelligence Software (Looker, Plx, Google App script)
