The Opportunity

We're seeking an Intermediate Accountant with Australian Tax Experience to join us In-Office . This role is ideal for someone who has already gained hands-on exposure to Australian Accounting and Taxation requirements and is ready to step into a role with more responsibility, client impact, and career growth.

Key Responsibilities :

As an Intermediate Accountant, you will :

• Prepare Financial Statements in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards
• Prepare Individual, Company, Trust, and Partnership Income Tax Returns
• Complete Business Activity Statements (BAS), GST, and basic FBT calculations
• Assist in preparing workpapers and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and complete
• Conduct reconciliations of accounts including bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations
• Work closely with senior accountants to clarify requirements and ensure quality outputs
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for compliance and reporting deliverables
• Apply attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tax and accounting outputs
• Proactively develop your technical knowledge of Australian tax and accounting through training and mentorship
