Job description
This role will report to the Manager of Performance and Brand Marketing Analytics team within EDEA and will be based in Gurgaon.
Delivering Campaign / Event analysis across partnerships.
Delivering and measuring customer experience impact through ROI framework for sponsorships portfolio.
Identifying insights, impact and opportunities across partnerships and benefits.
Power in-depth strategic analysis and provide analytical and decision support by mining / transforming data.
Strong partner management ability to understand the needs and translate the business problem into analytical metrics
Minimum Qualifications :
1. Advanced degree in a quantitative field (eg Statistics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science)
2. 1-3 years of relevant experience with analytical background.
3. Strong programming skills are preferred. Some experience with Big Data programming languages (Hive, Spark), Python, SQL.
4. Experience in large data processing and handling, understanding in data science is a plus.
5. Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, with strong attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and encourage partners to drive collaboration and alignment.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Strong analytical / conceptual thinking competence to solve unstructured and complex business problems and articulate key findings to senior leaders / partners in a succinct and concise manner.
2. Basic knowledge of statistical techniques.
