Location : Juhu, Mumbai (In-person)
Experience : 2–3 years
Salary : Rs.8,00,000 - Rs.12,00,000 PA

The Founder’s Office is at the heart of Defyn — managing growth, sales, client journeys, and execution end-to-end. This is not a routine 9–5. It’s an accelerated role for someone hungry to learn, grow, and be part of building something that has never existed before.
What You’ll Do :
- Sales & Business Development
- Manage and close inbound leads from website, Instagram, WhatsApp, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs deeply and guide them into the right Defyn journey.
- Marketing & Client Servicing
- Support execution of campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal team to ensure smooth delivery.
- Track marketing performance and customer insights.
- Founder’s Office Execution
- Act as the bridge between the Founder and clients / prospects.
- Manage CRM, track pipeline, follow-ups, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Take ownership of special projects that drive growth.
