Position Title : Senior Inward QC Engineer

Location : Pune (Pirangut)

About Peppermint Robotics

Peppermint is an autonomous robotics company co-started out of SINE IIT-Bombay and supported by Qualcomm. With a focused goal of expediting the advent of service robots, Peppermint designs and makes commercial housekeeping robots from its factory in Pune and works across from its offices in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Dubai and Austin.

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior IQC Engineer to join our dynamic team. As part of the Stores and Procurement team, you'll be inspecting various components and configuring the devices used on the robot. You'll be playing an integral role in the scale-up of our production at Peppermint Robotics.

Location : Pune (Pirangut)

Qualification

Education :

Diploma, B.E., B. Tech in Mechanical or Automobile

Experience Required

Experience : 4-5 years of experience in relevant field.

Ability to set SOPs

Inspect incoming materials for quality and compliance.

Material QC at supplier end.

Perform tests and measurements using appropriate equipment.

Performing configuration of the multiple sensors and components that are used on the robot.

Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.

Identify and report non-conforming products or materials.

Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues.

Work with internal teams to maintain and improve quality standards.

Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.

Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems

Behavioral & Functional Competencies
