Key Responsibilities :
Industrial Relations & Labor Management
- Develop and implement industrial relations policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Manage union relationships, collective bargaining, and labor negotiations.
- Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and organizational policies.
HR Strategy & Policy Implementation
Collaborate with senior management to align IR strategies with business objectives.Support the development and enforcement of HR policies, employee engagement programs, and workplace standards.Monitor workforce trends, turnover, and employee satisfaction to propose improvements.Dispute Resolution & Compliance
Act as a mediator between employees, management, and unions to resolve disputes effectively.Handle litigation, labor court cases, and regulatory inspections related to industrial relations.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, industrial regulations, and compliance requirements.Reporting & Analytics
Prepare reports on employee relations, grievances, compliance, and IR metrics.Analyze data to identify trends, potential risks, and areas for improvement.Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.Employee Engagement & Communication
Foster a positive work culture and promote effective communication between employees and management.Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, workshops, and training programs.Conduct awareness programs on labor laws, workplace policies, and safety standards.Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Law, Business Administration, or related field.15–20 years of experience in industrial relations, HR management, or labor law compliance.Deep understanding of labor laws, industrial relations frameworks, and statutory compliance.Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.Proficiency in HRIS, reporting, and labor law documentation.Skills Required
