Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including multi-forest configurations.
- Implement and support IAM solutions such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory services (DFS, DNS, LDAP, etc.)
- Configure and manage Group Policies (GPOs) and Active Directory server roles (CAs, IIS, DNS).
- Develop and implement identity and access management frameworks, systems, and protocols.
- Analyze and improve current IAM solutions to enhance security and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
- Stay updated on IAM threats and industry best practices.
Key Requirements
Enforce IAM and PAM controls in Cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or on-prem AD.Implement identity and access management framework and principles.Proactively identify security gaps and develop solutions.Communicate to clarify objectives, status, or to provide information as needed.Drive continual improvement processes to enhance the end-user experience, increase technology value, and improve security postureSkills Required
