Engineer - Global Technology Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, including multi-forest configurations.
• Implement and support IAM solutions such as single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and privileged access management (PAM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory services (DFS, DNS, LDAP, etc.)
• Configure and manage Group Policies (GPOs) and Active Directory server roles (CAs, IIS, DNS).
• Develop and implement identity and access management frameworks, systems, and protocols.
• Analyze and improve current IAM solutions to enhance security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
• Stay updated on IAM threats and industry best practices.
