Location : Remote at first but we will be setting up an office in Hyderabad and Dubai, it will be hybrid between these offices.

To scale this, we're hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead - Founders Associate who will work directly with the founder, own customer outcomes, improve internal hiring, and help shape how our recruitment engine grows in 2025. This is not a basic Recruiter Role or a basic Customer Support role. This is a crucial position, multi-hat, foundational role for someone who wants to build, operate, and grow fast into leadership.
The Role
As our first Talent Acquisition Lead - Founders Associate , you will be handeling :
- Customer Success (Onboarding, Training and customer support) for clients who use our ATS
- Partner / Trainer to the founder in building the Talent Partner ecosystem (A marketplace where our ATS customers can find and hire recruiters)
- Evaluator of talent - helping founders hire our SDR, internal engineering and product roles, and future consultants
- Internal HR (mainly recruitment) for Whitecarrot during the first few months
- Occasionally, a fractional recruiter who can step in and help clients with shortlisting and role delivery
