Manager - Transaction Advisory

We are looking for a Deal Execution Manager / Senior Analyst (Secondary Markets) to join our Mumbai-based Global Support Hub. In this client-facing role, you’ll operate as an extension of our US and UK deal teams, supporting every stage of secondary-market transactions. You’ll work across financial analysis, due diligence, and deal operations, helping drive execution quality and speed. We’re looking for someone who can own workstreams independently, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and bring structure to complex deal processes.

We're in the process of establishing our Mumbai office and already have team members in place. This role is open to candidates based in Mumbai who can work in alignment with US / UK time zones when needed.

Tasks

1. Transaction Execution (Global)

• Build and maintain financial models for secondary-market transactions.
• Perform valuation work, scenario analysis, and cap-table modelling.
• Prepare internal investment memos, diligence summaries, and IC materials.
• Assist in reviewing documentation from sellers, buyers, and custodians.
