Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and assist with the selection and offer process.
- Provide a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining clear communication and offering feedback.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment processes.
- Support other HR functions, including employee onboarding, engagement activities, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and programs.
Qualifications :
