Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing strategy and execution across all BYG Ventures brands. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, creative, and strategic thinker with experience in hospitality or consumer-facing brands. This role involves managing campaigns, social media, events, and a marketing team while ensuring consistent brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns for all BYG Ventures brands.

Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

Plan, coordinate, and execute brand activations, events, and promotional campaigns.

Manage digital marketing initiatives, social media content, and audience engagement.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategy.

Track marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.

Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to deliver impactful campaigns.

Drive innovation and creative solutions for brand growth and visibility.
