Job Description : We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager Branding, PR & Communication to lead our brand strategy, public relations, communications efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of 10+ years in brand building, consumer marketing, corporate communications, PR, Communication & Media Buying, preferably within the healthcare, hospitality, or a related service-oriented industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of consumer insights, digital marketing, media relations, and integrated marketing operations and communications (MARCOM).
1. Brand Strategy & Management :
- Translate the hospitals business strategy into a clear brand architecture and messaging framework
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and reputation across all touchpoints, including physical locations, digital platforms, and marketing materials.
- Define differentiators and brand promise for Sterling and its Centres of Excellence (Cardiology, Oncology etc)
- Conduct market research, social listening and consumer insights analysis to identify brand opportunities and track brand health.
2. Integrated Marketing Communication and campaigns :
Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span across various channels, including digital, print, radio, and OOH (Out-of-Home).Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Clinical Operations, Business Development) to develop content themes across centre of excellence, new service launches, hospital openings, doctor profilesOversee the creation of all marketing collateral, including brochures, corporate presentations, and website content, ensuring brand consistency.3. Public Relations & Media Relations, Media Buying :
Lead development and execution of a proactive and reactive public relations strategy. Ability to develop media relations and media buying.Manage relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.Identify co-branding, event and sponsorships that align with Sterling's brand ethosManage crisis communications effectively, protecting the company's reputation and maintaining public trust.4. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration :
Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, including PR firms, creative agencies, and media buying agencies.Collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders to align marketing and communications to achieve scale and brand presence in CMEs, doctor events and public health campsMentor and guide a team of internal professionals and nurture a high performing agency ecosystemDesired Profile
Master's degree in marketing, Communications and Content Creation, Public Relations, or a related field.
7-10 years of core experience in brand management, public relations, consumer marketing, and corporate communications.Proven expertise in brand building from strategy to execution.Ability to create strong creative briefs and communication plans.Extensive experience in media relations and crisis communications.Proven track record in managing media buying and agency relationships.Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.Strong leadership and team management capabilities.Experience in the healthcare or a related service industry is highly preferred
