We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be adept at community management, capable of engaging with users, resolving queries, and leveraging analytics to drive performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube , and LinkedIn .
- Answer calls and / or address user comments / queries across social media channels and app stores to resolve and troubleshoot concerns.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, along with actions taken.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights .
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to posts and fostering discussions.
- Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to recommend improvements for increased social performance.
- Manage a budget for social media activities.
Skills Required
Exceptional knowledge of leading social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn .Good understanding of social media ads .Sound knowledge of influencer marketing .Basic customer service skills.Good time management skills and the ability to multitask.Good written, verbal communication, and editing skills.Skills Required
