What You'll Do

• Adept at performing root-cause analysis of complex problems involving multiple parties, networks, hardware, and software that relates to distributed cloud-based systems concerning scaling, performance, or network issues.
• Diagnose, isolate, and debug production issues to quickly resolve customer-facing incidents.
• Work closely with the release management team to plan and coordinate software releases.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and clients to ensure seamless performance of all the systems.
• Often involves routine grunt work on service requests to assist other teams with platform services.
• Organizing shift schedules of the team.
• Hand off between changing shifts.
• Supervising and organizing the teams assignments based on priority.
• Making sure the team in shift adheres to SLAs of the tickets assigned.
• Coordinating with product and development teams for immediate resolutions and long-term resolutions.
• Assigning shifts in alignment with the 24 / 7 shift roster.
• Periodic reports and dashboards creation for the Exec team.
