Regularly communicating impact and achievements to TA leadership and business partners
Data-Driven Decision Making :
Leverage analytics and insights to measure effectiveness and improve recruitment outcomes.
Change Management & Agility :
Lead transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition to adapt to evolving business needs.
Scale & Pace :
Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed.
