Sr. Manager Talent Acquisition (GTM)

Role Overview :  The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will lead strategic hiring initiatives to attract and retain top talent across the organisation. This role requires a visionary leader with strong execution capabilities adept at navigating complex matrixed environments while driving operational excellence and delivering results at scale and pace. The ideal candidate will combine executive presence with a data-driven approach fostering strong business partnerships and enabling organisational agility.

Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists fostering innovation and collaboration.

Partner closely with cross functional teams in TA HR and corporate functions.

Strategic Leadership :

Define and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Anticipate future workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans.

Operational Excellence :

Drive process optimisation and standardisation across global recruitment operations.

Ensure compliance with policies and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Designing reporting templates and dashboards

Business Partnership :

Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders to influence talent decisions.

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and market trends.

Regularly communicating impact and achievements to TA leadership and business partners

Data-Driven Decision Making :

Leverage analytics and insights to measure effectiveness and improve recruitment outcomes.

Change Management & Agility :

Lead transformation initiatives within Talent Acquisition to adapt to evolving business needs.

Scale & Pace :

Manage high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and speed.
