Google Ads Account Manager

As a Viral Nation Google Ads Account Manager, you will be in charge of the day-to-day management, optimization and strategic planning of our clients' ad accounts on Google Ads. You will become an expert on the business of your client accounts and closely monitor account performance to develop data-driven strategies to scale and meet their growth targets. The Google Ads Account Manager will be the point person for creatives, audiences, messaging, conversion flows, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns with laser focus on performance.
• Track key metrics beyond ROAS to get an early read on a high performing campaign or one that isn't firing on all cylinders.
• Diagnose problems, hypothesize root cause and present next steps of action to resolve.
• Meet with our Head of Media, Creative Director, and Client Growth team to align on strategy, creatives and reporting.
• Work cross-functionally to support a client's media plans across the long-term, quarterly and monthly timeframes.
• Track and stay up to date on client communications, promos, and events to be reflected in client campaigns.
• Use Google Ads Editor to ensure campaigns, segments, etc. are easy to manage and scale.
• Test and optimize creatives & messaging for success on different audience segments.
