Role Overview

We are seeking a SeniorProject Manager with strong experience in data integration, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data projects to drive end-to-end delivery. The candidate will manage multiple client projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple complex projects in the areas of Data Integration, Data Quality, MDM, and Cloud Migrations .

Own the project lifecycle : planning, execution, delivery, monitoring, and closure.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and strong stakeholder management.

Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and business analysts to translate requirements into project deliverables.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Drive governance, risk management, and issue resolution.

Mentor and guide project managers and technical leads.

Participate in presales activities, including scoping, estimations, proposals, and RFPs.

Required Skills & Experience

10–17 years of experience in IT with at least 6+ years in project / program management .

Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data projects (Cloud, MDM, Data Quality, Governance).

Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.

Excellent skills in stakeholder management, client communication, and team leadership .

Experience in project financials, budgeting, and resource management .

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification preferred.

Good to Have

Experience in Informatica IDMC / IICS (CDI, CAI, CDQ, MDM SaaS) and PC to IICS migration projects .

Experience in Snowflake, Databricks, or Big Data ecosystems .

Knowledge of Data Governance and CDGC .

Exposure to presales, proposal preparation, and solutioning .

Experience in conducting POCs and RFP responses .
