Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Head - Solar EPC (C&I). The selected candidate will oversee end-to-end management of solar EPC projects, including commercial and industrial segments. Responsibilities include preparing and executing business strategies, managing operational activities, developing client relationships, and ensuring project delivery within deadlines and budgets. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, aligning teams to project goals, and maintaining adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Project Management, Operations, and Team Leadership within the Solar EPC domain
• Strong knowledge of Business Development, Market Analysis, and Client Relationship Management
• Technical understanding of Solar Energy, EPC processes, and Quality Assurance protocols
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field
• Experience in the solar energy / C&I sector is highly preferred
