SAP CoE Lead

Role Overview :

The Offshore SAP Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for all offshore SAP resources, ensuring smooth coordination of daily operations, project activities, and strategic initiatives.

This role is critical to maintaining delivery excellence, governance, and alignment with business and IT objectives across the SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

Team & Delivery Management :

• Act as the single point of contact (POC) for all offshore SAP resources.
• Oversee daily task assignments, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
• Monitor and report on team performance, workload distribution, and utilization.
