Job Title : SAP CO 8-12 years

Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore

Skill : SAP CO

Notice Period : Immediate 30 days

Role Overview :

The SAP CO (Controlling) is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Controlling solutions that align with business processes and financial reporting requirements. This role requires deep expertise in SAP CO modules, integration with FI and other SAP modules, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable system architectures.

Key Architecture & Design :

  • Define and design SAP CO architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Develop scalable solutions for cost center accounting, profit center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis (CO-PA).
  • Ensure seamless integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP, and other & Configuration :
  • Lead SAP CO implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Configure CO submodules (CCA, PCA, IO, CO-PA, Product Costing).
  • Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements and reports.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

  • Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance to business stakeholders on best practices in controlling and reporting.

    • Governance & Compliance :

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Establish governance frameworks for SAP CO processes and reporting.

    • Performance Optimization :

  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in controlling processes.

    • Leadership & Mentoring :

  • Lead project teams and mentor junior consultants.
  • Provide thought leadership on SAP CO trends and innovations.

    • Required Skills & Experience :

    Technical Expertise :

  • Strong knowledge of SAP CO submodules : Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders (IO), Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Deep understanding of integration with SAP FI, MM, SD, PP.
  • Experience with S / 4HANA Finance and Universal Journal.

    • Professional Experience :

  • 8+ years of SAP CO implementation and architecture experience.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale SAP CO projects.
  • Hands-on experience in global template design and rollouts.

    • Soft Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
