Working Days : Monday to Saturday, 6 days working & Saturday is a half-day

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Operations Lead to oversee and streamline operational processes for our consumer durable products. The role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business operations, timely execution, and effective sales support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service) for seamless execution of operations.
- Provide operational and backend support to the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor day-to-day operational activities and resolve process-related issues.
- Ensure timely order processing, stock management, and product availability.
- Track and report operational KPIs to the manager for performance review.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, operational standards, and service quality benchmarks.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operationsStrong coordination and communication skills.Hands-on experience in sales support and backend operations.Proficiency in MS Office, ERP / CRM tools preferred.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.Benefits
