About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated HR Enabler Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering seamless HR services by executing and supporting core Workday transactions and HR processes for employees in North America. You will be part of a dynamic team that ensures data accuracy, process compliance, and operational efficiency across various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Initiate and manage HR processes such as job changes, promotions, transfers, separations, and compensation adjustments using Workday. Ensure timely and accurate execution of these transactions
• Validate and update employee records, ensuring alignment with organizational structures, cost centers, and job families
• Support global and local exit processes by initiating separation requests, rescinding resignations, and coordinating case managers and HR Partners to ensure smooth transitions
• Generate operational reports, monitor business process events, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Utilize ServiceNow and Workday tools for end-to-end processing of Employee change requests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Liaise with HR Partners, Case Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve escalations, clarify process ownership, and maintain service quality
• Track daily actions, monitor case progress, prioritize tasks by level of urgency, and comply with country regulations.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and analytics.
