Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI / UX Lead to join our customer's team in Hyderabad. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and development of innovative, user-centric web applications. Your leadership will drive seamless integration between design and development, ensuring digital experiences that are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional UI / UX development team to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
• Design, prototype, and iterate interface solutions using wireframing and prototyping tools.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web interfaces utilizing React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution from design through to code implementation, maintaining design consistency and usability.
• Integrate with backend RESTful APIs and manage data flows with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Advocate for best practices in UI / UX design, accessibility, and web performance throughout the project lifecycle.
