Job Profile : Frontend Lead Developer (React)

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 5 to 8 years (with 2 to 3 years as Lead)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Overview :

We are looking for a Frontend Lead Developer with strong expertise in the React framework to lead the development of modern, responsive, and scalable web applications.

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing frontend architectures using Bootstrap 5 CSS framework, ensuring seamless integration with .NET backend APIs, optimizing performance, and mentoring frontend engineers.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of high-performing, secure, and scalable applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

This role requires a hands-on, experienced UI developer who can build Frontend components using React, integrate with .NET back-end, and cloud-based microservices, with deep knowledge of database systems, CI / CD practices, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead frontend development using React.js and related Define and implement UI / UX best practices, ensuring responsive, accessible, and performant applications.
Collaborate with backend (.NET) and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration via APIs / GraphQL.
Mentor and guide frontend developers; conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Understand existing system architecture and contribute to target-state modernization initiatives.
Ensure robust security best practices, implementing secure coding techniques to protect applications and data from vulnerabilities.
Set up and manage monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing tools to maintain high availability and proactively detect issues.
Lead front-end development with React, ensuring modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

Required Skills & Experience :

Strong hands-on expertise in building React based applications.

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, Bootstrap 5 CSS.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL integrations.

Exposure to frontend performance optimization techniques and caching strategies (CDN, browser caching).

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Good understanding of CI / CD pipelines for frontend delivery.

Exposure to cloud-based frontend hosting (AWS Amplify, Azure Static Web Apps, Vercel).

Knowledge of containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).

(Good to have skill) :

Strong understanding of application security, including common vulnerabilities and secure coding practices in .NET.

Experience in monitoring and logging frameworks for proactive issue resolution.

Prior experience with application modernization initiatives is a strong plus.

Ability to Adapt to New AI tends Must have.
