Role Overview :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns for social media retainers across leading brands. This role offers hands-on exposure to campaign planning, analytics, and content performance optimization in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta and GDN for social media retainers across popular brands.
• Monitor, track, and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
• Own monthly media budgets , ensuring optimal spend allocation, pacing, and alignment with brand objectives.
• Conduct analytics and research on platform content performance, identifying what resonates with audiences.
• Track emerging platform trends and shifts in content formats to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
• Provide feedback loops to creative teams on content effectiveness and recommend areas of improvement.
• Assist in developing spend strategies tailored to each brand’s objectives.
