The Senior Odoo Developer position focuses on delivering robust, scalable Odoo solutions in a dynamic and growing environment. This role involves building custom modules, solving advanced technical challenges, and maintaining high engineering standards across projects. Close collaboration with analysts, project managers, and cross-functional stakeholders ensures business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions. The role is based in Berlin and offered as a full-time, permanent position with a flexible hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules aligned with business needs and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Odoo and integrated systems
• Define and uphold coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure architectural compliance
• Provide technical guidance on Odoo-related topics to other developers
• Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into technical specifications
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability of Odoo implementations
• Stay current with new Odoo releases, features, and community practices
• Manage deployment workflows and version control processes
